About
A charitable trust that starts with people.
Trinity Trusts works alongside communities in India to create meaningful opportunities, strengthen lives and support sustainable development.

Who we are
What Trinity Trusts does, and why it matters.
A charitable trust supporting locally-led work in education, healthcare, livelihoods, women’s welfare and the environment across India.
We start by asking what a community already knows about its own problems — then we build the classroom, the health camp, the savings group or the water committee around that answer, and stay long enough to see whether it worked. Registration details, year of establishment and government information will be added once confirmed with Trinity Trusts.
Our story
How we began.
Trinity Trusts grew out of sustained work with communities who wanted a more organised way to tackle problems they were already fighting on their own.
Founded in Andhra Pradesh, the Trust was registered to give that work a legal home — a clear mandate, a transparent structure and the ability to take on partnerships and raise funds with accountability.
Our mission
To create meaningful opportunities, strengthen communities and support inclusive and sustainable development through practical, community-focused action.
Our vision
A future where individuals and communities have the opportunity to live with dignity, participate fully and build a better tomorrow.
What we value
Our values.
Dignity
Every person we work with is met with respect, and every programme is designed to protect it.
Inclusion
We pay attention to who is being left out, and why — and we design so that they are not.
Integrity
We are careful with resources entrusted to us and honest about what is and isn’t working.
Collaboration
We plan, deliver and review alongside communities, partners and local institutions.
Sustainability
We aim for change that outlasts any single project or funding cycle.
Accountability
We measure what we do, report it plainly, and answer for it.
Our process
How we work.
Listen
We start with what communities say they need — not with a fixed plan.
Plan together
Programmes are designed jointly with local groups and partners.
Deliver
We work alongside community institutions, building local capacity as we go.
Review
We measure progress with communities and adjust as we learn.
Our purpose
What the Trust
exists to do.
Those objectives are the Trust’s mandate — they define what it may do and how it must operate. They are published in full, grouped by area of work, with the official wording available for each one.
